I'm not here to give you a gentle introduction to AI. I am here to make sure the people of faith are not left behind while the most consequential technology in human history reshapes everything around them.

I spent 20+ years inside Fortune 500 companies leading transformation at Verizon, TIAA-CREF, and MeadWestvaco across operations, marketing, digital strategy, and change management. I know how organizations actually change. Not in theory. In practice. In the trenches. With budgets, timelines, resistant teams, and executives who need results, not presentations.
Then I left corporate America and spent four years on church staff. I visited 52 churches in 52 weeks studying growth and discipleship. I visited 52 nonprofits in 52 weeks learning how under-resourced organizations create outsized impact. I authored and piloted a curriculum designed to double a church in one year.
That combination doesn't exist anywhere else in the AI-and-faith space. I'm not a tech person who thinks the church needs to catch up. I'm not a pastor who just discovered ChatGPT. I have lived in both worlds and I know what each one needs from the other.
Today, as Founder of Nimbology, I run a consultancy focused on fractional C-suite leadership, AI strategy, and human augmentation. As Founder of the Global Institute for AI & Humanity, I advocate for ethical AI leadership at scale. As a founding board member of AI Ready RVA, I help build regional AI literacy from the ground up.
I bring proprietary frameworks designed for immediate impact: Double Your Team in One Day, the AI Coworker Blueprint, AI Policy in One Day, and the AI Thinking Model.
The church has what the tech world desperately needs: an ethical center, a commitment to community, and a vision for human flourishing that extends beyond quarterly earnings. My job is to make sure you show up to this moment equipped to lead it.
